1. The recommended poster size is 33 x 46 inches (W x L)


2. The poster should contain the title, abstract, author and coauthor names, and the institution(s) where research is undertaken/underway.


3. Place your e-mail address, phone, etc just below the institute name.


4. Suggested subheadings for the poster may follow
• Introduction/Background,
• Methods,
• Results,
• Conclusions,
• References, and Acknowledgments

-Costs associated with creating and shipping the poster display will be the responsibility of the authors.
-Poster board, pushpins, glue tapes, etc. will be provided to mount your poster.
-Refer to the final conference program for the time and location of your poster session.
-The designated poster presenter (author or coauthor) must be present at the assigned space during the designated time to discuss the work presented.
